Sorcerer Tower Defense Culling Game and Pass Units

Update 29–31 turned Sorcerer Tower Defense into a second gacha: the Culling Game. These units do not come from Coin Summon. They come from fragments, encounters, Culling Points, and the Season 8 battle pass. Mode rules sit on the Culling Game guide. Rankings sit on the endgame tier list.

Projection Sorcerer (Naoya) — Special Grade

Headline of Update 31.0. Craft with 10 Projection Fragments from Culling. Community stats: about 747,000 damage, SPA 0.1, plus percent current HP once 24 Projection stacks freeze the target into a frame. Forced Frame, Sound-breaking Smash Kick, and Punch Barrage exist to hit 24 sooner.

This is a boss unit. Park it on high-HP targets, not on a pack that dies before stacks land. It is S on the global list because no other unit copies percent current HP.

Lightning Sorcerer (Kashimo) — Special Grade

Craft with 10 Lightning Fragments. Steady multi-target through Upgrade 4, then Beast Amber at max. Paper damage (~249,000 SPA 1 in public tables) looks low next to shrine; the ramp and chain are the point. A-tier globally, a Culling staple.

Justice Sorcerer (Higuruma) — Special Grade

The easiest Special Grade to target: about 10% encounter in Culling, or 10,000 Culling Points plus 10 Justice Fragments via contract. SPA 0.15, max damage quoted around 1.09 million. Domain Deadly Sentencing rolls Innocent / Guilty / Death Penalty — Death Penalty is the map wipe fantasy. Public wikis have also marked that domain bugged. Build Justice as a targeted Special Grade, not as a domain carry, until a patch note on the Updates hub says otherwise.

HeadOfHei on the codes page is 3,000 Culling Points toward that contract, not the full bill.

Claws Sorcerer (Chizuru Hari) — Legendary, free pass

Free battle pass tier 30. Place cost ~150, max ~4,920, AoE Cleave, three placements. Best free unit in Update 31. Put it on Story / Hell lanes the day you unlock it.

Explosive Sorcerer (Hazenoki) — Mythic, premium pass

Premium battle pass tier 30. ~3,300,000, SPA 6, AoE stun. A-tier as a pack tool, not a Gojo replacement. Buy the pass only if you already like the game; the free track is the honest Update 31 gift.

Kogane — delisted

Mythic farm-buffer from a 1,499 Robux Culling launch pack. Cannot be obtained now. If a video still says to buy Kogane, the video is stale. Farm is Agent or Hell 15.

Spend order

1. Claim free Claws.
2. Bank Culling Points (see currency guide).
3. Contract Justice or dump fragments into Projection if bosses are your wall.
4. Lightning when you want a second Culling carry.
5. Orbs last.

Do not open orbs on night one. Do not skip Strongest Sorcerer because Naoya exists. Projection does not awaken Gojo for you. Heaven and Earth still matters — Gojo Raid.

Placement notes

Projection wants line of sight on a single fat target. Do not stack all three Claws on the same corner as Projection — packs die before 24 stacks. Lightning can sit on a choke because the chain wants neighbours. Justice is a fast SPA unit; put him where he sees the longest path, not on a decoration tile. After you craft one Special Grade, re-open the team planner instead of forcing all three crafts into the same five slots. Hell 15 still pays the coin bills while fragments trickle in; that loop is on Hell Mode.
