Culling Game Guide

The Culling Game is the live endgame loop in Sorcerer Tower Defense after Update 29–31. You fight colony participants, extract with loot, spend Culling Points, and craft the new Special Grades: Projection Sorcerer, Lightning Sorcerer, and Justice Sorcerer. Treat it as a fragment dungeon, not a damage DPS check.

If your Story lane still leaks, go back to Getting Started and Hell Mode. Culling will not fix a broken economy.

Mode rules that actually matter

Public write-ups describe a long survival window (about 40 minutes in older notes) with an extraction twist: kills shave time off the timer, and leaving with zero kills forfeits the loot. Always get a kill before you extract. High time-to-kill DPS is better than a stun bot because stun falls off as HP scales.

Colonies get harder as you push. Fragment drop rates are quoted from about 2% in early colonies up to a guaranteed feel in the last colony. From colony 3, a Contract can lock the next encounter. That is how you target Justice instead of rolling random orbs.

Currencies

Culling Points come from clears and from codes such as HeadOfHei on the Codes Hub. They are not gems. The currency guide ranks them above random crate snacks during this patch.

Justice Contract is listed around 10,000 Culling Points plus 10 Justice Fragments on community stat tables. HeadOfHei is 3,000 points — useful, not a full contract.

Orbs are the loot gacha inside the mode. Opening orbs before you can afford a contract is how accounts stall with a pile of common junk. Bank points until the Culling units page says the craft is in reach.

Who to bring

  • A carry that does not fold to stun: Strongest Sorcerer or King Of Curses.
  • A cheap AoE for pack waves (Claws, Volcano Curse, Overtime).
  • One slow if you have Ice Manipulator or Helicopter Sorcerer.
  • Farm only if the placement cap allows it without starving upgrades.

The endgame tier list is the ranking; the team planner is the slot order.

Projection Sorcerer is the boss answer because stacks convert into percent current HP at 24 stacks. Lightning Sorcerer ramps into Beast Amber. Justice Sorcerer is the easiest Special Grade to target (10% encounter or shop) but Deadly Sentencing has been reported bugged — do not plan a whole account around the domain wipe.

Battle-pass Culling neighbours

Update 31 also shipped Claws Sorcerer on the free pass and Explosive Sorcerer on the premium pass. Claws is a placement-cost gift for every account. Explosive is a Mythic AoE stun at premium tier 30. Neither replaces Projection. Details live on Culling units and Update 31.0.

Do not

  • Spend Culling Points on orbs the first night.
  • Scrap Red Scarf because “Culling units are better.” You still need King Of Curses for Endless.
  • Expect Kogane to return in the shop. The 1,499 Robux pack is delisted.
  • Ignore extraction. Zero-kill leaves are empty inventories.

When the colony is done, dump leftover coins into Hell 15 and leftover gems into Summoning only if Strongest Crate is the goal. Culling is a parallel track, not a replacement for Heaven and Earth shards.

Session checklist

Before you queue a colony: redeem HeadOfHei from the Codes Hub if it still works, confirm you have a kill plan for extraction, and decide whether tonight is a Justice Contract night or a Projection fragment night. Mixing both in one sitting usually means you orb-spam leftover points and wake up with junk. One goal per login. If the colony wipes you in two minutes, you do not have a Culling problem — you have a How to Play problem. Fix the lane on Hell 15, then come back. The team planner is the slot sheet if you keep bringing four Special Grades and no pack tool.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I get Justice Sorcerer?

Culling Game encounter (about 10%) or the Justice Contract for Culling Points plus fragments. See Culling units.

Should I open orbs immediately?

No. Bank Culling Points until a contract or fragment craft is realistic.

Is Culling Game soloable?

Yes. It is not a mandatory co-op raid like Casino. You still want a real carry.

What do Culling Point codes buy?

Progress toward Justice and crafts — not Strongest Crates. Redeem them from the working codes list.

Does Culling Game replace Heaven and Earth?

No. Reverse Energy Shards still come from the Gojo Raid. Culling is a second funnel.
